Join us for Farm Yoga — a unique outdoor yoga experience with a more intentional and therapeutic approach.
Hosted by our nonprofit, Helpers of Our Farm (HOOF), this session combines:
• Certified professional yoga instruction
• Gentle interaction with goats
• Occasional visits from our mini cow (and sometimes a pig!)
• A peaceful, open-air farm setting
